The SHiFT network supports people in mid-life transitions who seek greater meaning in life and work.

 

Some of our members want “encore careers” that combine income and personal meaning with social impact.

Others want to apply their experience and skill sets to civic agencies or non-profit organizations in exchange for a modest stipend.  Still others may simply want to "give back" to the world as volunteers.

New Executive Director David Alley and the SHiFT board are looking to develop workshops out of ideas that were shared at the April 29th town hall meeting.  To do that, David is seeking the input of members as to what they want SHiFT to be. He is asking you to come and talk with him as you contemplate these questions:

1. What can SHIFT do for you?                 
2. What can you do for SHIFT?
3. Who do we want as strategic partners?
