Second Careers in Non-Profit Organizations

IBM wants to make it easier for its experienced employees to transition to second careers in nonprofits through a partnership with The Bridgespan Group.

The pilot program will assess readiness for nonprofit positions, identify potential opportunities and skills required, receive mentoring, and apply for jobs with nonprofits.

After the pilot with IBM, the tools and resources developed will be made available for other nonprofits and corporations to start similar initiatives.
