Introduction to SHiFT Programs  ____________________________________

SHIFT core programs are SHiFT Circles, SHiFTing In and Out of Neutral, and Tools for Creating.  They're designed to address the four key questions at the milestone of midlife: Who Am I Now?  What Do I Want?  How Do I Get There?  How Do I Sustain It?

Tools for Creating

Friday, February 24, 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Lunds Uptown, 1450 West Lake Street, Mpls
Shift Members - Free; Non-Members - $20

In this workshop, you'll explore how you can create what matters most to you in spite of challenging circumstances by shifting from a focus on problems to an orientation of creating.

Creating is a skill. Just like driving a car, skiing, or playing a musical instrument. Like all skills, it takes time and experience to learn. In this introductory hands-on workshop,
facilitated by SHiFT member Jay McManus, you’ll discover how to:

♦  Connect with what matters most to you
♦  Know where you are, as well as to where you want to be
♦  Make effective choices
♦  Deal with unwanted situations
